It has been returned to a warrant of arrest thereupon issued that accused above named can not be found and whereas it has seen shown to rny satisfaction that the said accused has/have absconded (or concealing himself/themselves/herself to avoid the service of the said warrant). Proclamation is hereby made that the said accused is/are concerned of Districts Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Dadu, Khairpur is/are required to appear at Hyderabad before this Court (A-6, G.O.R Colony Hyderabad) to answer the said complaint within seven days from the date of publication in the newspapers else the case will be proceeded in absence of the accused and proceeding u/s 88 Cr.P.0 will also be initiated. Amount of earnest money as shown against each work, should be deposited in any scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned and Call Deposit be attached with the application for issuance of tender, without which no tender will be issued and the earnest money will not be accepted in cash. The tender forms for the work will be issued upto 01:00 PM 10.03.2014 and received back and opened same day at 03:00 PM before tendering committee as well as intending contractors or their authorized agents in the office of the undersigned. 4 Undertaking on affidavit that the firm is not involved in any litigation or abandoned any work in the Department. 5 The bidders should submit Earnest Money as shown against each work in shape of Call Deposit prepared from the scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned. 6 Affidavit to the effect that the firm /contractor has not been blacklisted previously by any executing agency. 7 Affidavit to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true and correct. 8 In case of firm, list of partners / partnership deed, giving full particulars of directors / proprietors or others connected along with Power of Attorney. In case of being sole proprietor, such undertaking on affidavit be furnished. 9 In case of works costing below Rs. 2.500 (M). the conditions at S. No. 2 will not be applicable. The Project Management Unit, Board of Revenue Sindh for Os approved project of Automation of Stamps and Registra-tion intends to procure "Consultancy Services for Customized Software Development along with Supply, Installation & Com-missioning of Relevant Hardware, Software & Networking In-cluding Support & Maintenance Services for Automation of Stamps and Registration Process and Microfilming Unit for One Center at Hyderabad" under the Sindh Public Procure-ment Rules 2010. • The Purchaser accordingly invites sealed bids from Bidders for the implementation of the project, including delivery, in-stallation, commissioning, integration, implementation, train-ing, warranty and technical support as specified in the RFP. • Bidding documents may be purchased at the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Pak Rupees 2,0001- in the form of Pay Order.
