Sealed tenders based on item rates/ percentage rates circulated by Finance Department for District Okara (amended up to the date of tenders) are hereby invited for the work mentioned below from the approved contractors/ firms of the C&W Department, District Government/ EDO (W&S), Okara. Interested bidders may get the bidding documents from the office of Section Officer (Purchase-Ill), Government of the Punjab, Health Department, 01-Birdwood Road, Provincial Health Development Centre (PHDC), Lahore, on submission of written application on letter head and a copy of CNIC along with payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand only) for each bidding document (item/ package).
