Bilawal kidnap Plot, Statement of Malik irks PM Gilani

ISLAMABAD: Some reports suggest that Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani does not like Interior Minister Rehman Malik mainly because of his weakness for antics. But of late the premier has started speaking his mind about Mr Malik with regularity.

Some Reports say that, While sharing a meal with some parliamentarians recently, Mr Gilani expressed his serious reservations over Mr Malik`s latest claim about uncovering a plot to kidnap PPP chairperson Bilawal Bhutto in Karachi. Rehman Malik revealed that Al Qaeda and Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan had hatched a conspiracy to kidnap Bilawal Zardari.

Rehman Malik did not alleged Israel for violence in Karachi

Islamabad : The spokesman for Ministry of Interior has denied the reports of media that Israel is involved in recent killing and unrest in Karachi.

The spokesman clarified that Rehman Malik stated only that “Some weapons of Israeli origin have been recovered by law enforcers in Karachi from some of the criminals” and the Federal Minister for Interior did not make any such statement alleging involvement of any country including Israel.
