Unarmed mother with depression shot dead by Capitol Police

Police is seen shooting to an unarmed mother Mariam Carey who was suffering from bouts of depression

The woman who was shot dead by police on Capitol Hill was a depressed single mother, with this the questions surfaced as to why police fired a stream of bullets at an unarmed driver who had an eighteen month old baby in the back of her car.
