Tender documents may be purchased from below mentioned address on cash payment of Rs: 500/- on submission of written request accompanied with copies of Sales Tax and Income Tax Registration. Sealed bids along with 2, CDR of total bid amount in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque. / CDR favoring "Chairman TEVTA" should reach the TEVTA Office at 57-M, Gulberg-III, Near Bhabra Market, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, on or before March 17, 2014 till 14:00 hours, which will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of the bidders / their representatives.
