Approval of the New Resident Members. 7. Confirmation of new Mernbers/Associate Members by sale/purchase from 17.1.2011 to Date. 8. Approval of Accounts (Audit Report of External Auditors) Phase-I and Phase-II. 9. Approval of revised rates of Transfer Fee/Fee Package levied by the Society. 10. Approval of fee in respect of Residential Plots which are being utilized as cornmercial/serni-commercial sites. 11. Approval of Development Project of Repair/Construction of Roads as per PPRA Specifications. 12. Approval of Lease Agreements of BOT Projects and others. 13. Formulation of Reconciliation Committees. 14. Approval of Revised Layout Plan . 15. Approval of Budget of the Society. 16. Model Election Rules. 17.
