(FPSC) CSS Exam Date sheet 2014

CSS exams are competitive exams and the candidates who want to apply for this exams must have the bachelor’s degree from any university of Pakistan by the HEC (higher education commission).

The candidates must fulfill these following conditions for the application:

• Minimum age limit is 21
• Maximum age limit is 28
• Bachelor degree from HEC

According to the FPSC(federal public service commission) almost 8,000 to 10,000 candidates apply for these exams. Out of these approximately 5,000 to 6,000 candidate appear & total 250 to 500 students or candidates pass the written portion of FPSC. Actually only the 100 to150 students succeed these exams & finally only 2% people make themselves the bureaucrats.

Th e candidates can apply or get the chance to sit in these exams only three times. According to the FPSC (federal public service commission) CSS exams are held in the 21 cites of Pakistan.
The compulsory subjects in CSS exams are:

• Essay
• English
• Islamiat

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE (these subjects also falls in compulsory subjects)

• Everyday science
• Current affairs
• Pakistan affairs

There are groups from A to I for the optional subjects.
Application fee for the CSS examination is 1000 Rs,& if a candidates wants to recheck her\his paper , 200 fee will be charged for the one paper.
