Pace (Pakistan) Limited is looking for highly energetic and motivated team players for its Shopping Malls Operations for following positions:

POSTS AND REQUIREMENTSManager Planning, Design and Monitoring:

The candidate should be capable of planning and monitoring of resources for a complete project.
Qualified B.Sc Engineers having at least 5 years experience in real estate projects.
Professionals with a PMP and real estate experience can also be considered.

Manager Shopping Malls:
Candidate must MBA having at least 5 years experience in malls operations.
Candidate should be well versed in maintenance, security, housekeeping and addressing general public matters / coordinate with utility providing companies.

Assistant Manager Shopping:
Candidate must be graduate or post graduate from well reputed institute with a zeal to in mall operations.

Electrical Engineer:
Bachelor of engineering (electrical) with minimum 5 years experience of switch gears motors transformers and generators.

Electronic Staff:
The ideal candidates must be having DAE in electronics along with 5 years work experience of PLC and electronics cards.
Electrical Staff:
The candidate should be expert in HT / LT panels. DAE (Electrical) at least 5 years experience in shopping malls.

Mechanical Staff:
The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of HVAC, Generators and Escalators. Having Diploma in Mechanicel with at least 5 to 7 years of experience.
