UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY. LAHORE (BUILDING AND WORKS DEPARTMENT (K.ALA SHAH KAKU CAMPUS) (NOTICE INVITING TENDER)
Sealed tenders based on percentage / item rates are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below, from the approved contractors/UET. Lahore, 1C8K and Faisalabad Campus.
1. The tenders will be received at 11.00 A.M on the dates given below and will be opened at 12:00 P.M on the same date in the presence of the Contractors or their authorized agents, who care to be present. 2. No telegraphic tender or tender by post will be entertained. 3. No conditional tender will be entertained. 4. No tender will be issued without earnest money in the shape of deposit-at-call of any schedule bank. 5. Detailed particulars of work can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during the office time. 6. Tender documents can be obtained against written request accompanied with tender fee receipt, which is not refundable, deposited in the Habib Bank Limited, University of Engineering 8c Technology, Lahore. 7. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bidder proposal. The Procuring agency will, upon request, communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but will not to be required to justify the grounds. (as per PPRA rules). S. No tender will be issued on the date of receipt of tenders. 9. The tender front a firm or company participating as a joined venture should be accompanied with power of attorney on proper judicial papers. 10. Tenders will be issued to those Contractors, who will satisfy the undersigned regarding their past performance. No tendeiewill be issued to any Contractor as a matter of right. II. The Finn / Contractor must have valid registration with the "Pakistan Engg. Council" for the year 2013. 12. Bid Security is 2% (Two Percent). 13. As per letter NO. SO(TAX) 1-2/97 (Pt.A/111)(P-100 dated 04-09-2013 of Finance Department, Government of Punjab, the successful bidder will be required to present sales tax invoices of all materials mentioned in-B.O.Q as evidence of its legal purchase.
