Construction of Police Station at M-3 Industrial City Faisalabad Contract No. FIC-013 1- The Employer, Chief Executive Officer, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company, Faisalabad invites sealed bids, from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category C-4 and above with specialization codes of CE-10 & EE-02. 2- Bidders may obtain further information from, inspect at and acquire the Bidding Documents from the Office of the Chief Executive Office, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company, 1st Floor, FCCI Complex, East Canal Road, Canal Park, Faisalabad. 3- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application to the above office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) with a period from 15.02.2014 to 27.02.2014 4- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of not less than 02% of Bid Amount (Two Percent of Bid Amount) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, and must be delivered to Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company, 1st Floor, FCCI Complex, East Canal Road, Canal Park, Faisalabad, at or before 1500 hours, on 17.03.2014. 5- Any bid received by the Employer after the deadline for submission of bids will be returned unopened to such bidder, as per Clause IB 20.1(a) "Instruction to Bidders". 6- Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable Bid Security shall be rejected by the Employer as non-responsive, as per Clause IB 15.3 "Instruction to Bidders". 7- Bids will be opened at 1530 hours on the same day, in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 8- All the prospective bidders needs to be intimated that the book purchased from the office of under signed shall be used as "Original Bid". 9- The blue ink shall be used to fill all the form/ BOO.
